We make shipping and shipping costs clear and customer-friendly. Since different order quantities also have to be shipped differently, we work together with UPS, DPD, DHL or a freight forwarder as required. Shipping rates are based on weight and volume, and the minimum order is €10.00

Pick up yourself:
You are very welcome to pick up the goods you have ordered yourself from our warehouse by arrangement. You can then pay for your goods directly on site. Please note the opening times and be sure to let us know in advance. The
shipping costs are then of course omitted.
Return
You can return the ordered goods in the event of defects return of course. This is guaranteed by our terms and conditions. It is therefore important that you check your goods thoroughly immediately after delivery. Is it incomplete, has it been damaged in transit or do you recognize other defects?
If you find any problems, you must report this to us within two days. Depending on the type of damage, we offer a subsequent delivery, an exchange or the return of the goods. Of course, the refund is not a problem.
If you have placed an incorrect order, we will also find a way. Then just give us a call! You can send these goods back to us in the delivered outer packaging with all the contents at your own expense. However, there is no legal right to revocation in commercial trade. This is a gesture of goodwill on our part. We therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot take back sub-packaging that has already been opened for hygienic reasons.
