Refund policy

You can of course return the ordered goods if they are defective. This is guaranteed by our terms and conditions. It is therefore important that you check your goods thoroughly immediately after delivery. Is it incomplete, has it been damaged in transit or do you recognize other defects? Then refuse the transport service, otherwise neither we nor the transport company can be held responsible for transport damage.
If you notice any problems, you must report this to us within two days. Depending on the type of damage, we offer a subsequent delivery, an exchange or the return of the goods.

We grant you a 30-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Within this period, undamaged goods can be returned to us in their original packaging and the value of the goods will be reimbursed. The costs of the return are borne by the buyer. Please request a return form from us. Personalized items, food packaging and custom orders cannot be returned.

If you placed the wrong order, we'll find a way too. Then just give us a call! You can send these goods back to us in the delivered outer packaging with all the contents at your own expense.
However, there is no legal right to revocation in commercial trade. This is a gesture of goodwill on our part. We therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot take back sub-packaging that has already been opened for hygienic reasons.
